Cherri Kelly Seese

Cherri Kelly Seese

Cherri has been a professor at Northwest University since 2011. She teaches in the psychology department and enjoys integrating God’s will and way into the field of psychology. Getting to spend time with young adults in the world of higher education is a wonderful job and blessing.

Cherri’s doctoral degree is in Counseling Psychology and Systems from Florida State University. Her doctoral internships and practicums focused on children educational and emotional needs and assisting families in creating supportive environments. Her research has focused on belonging and social supports. 

Cherri, and her husband of 35 years, have one daughter. They live in Kirkland, WA and enjoy spending time in the beauty of the mountains and ocean every weekend.
